How to: Bring stacked object forward one location in the stack.
Solution:
Select the 'Draw' menu and select 'Bring Forward'.
To bring a stacked object one spot closer to the top of the stack :
1) Select the desired object.
2) Select the 'Draw' menu and select 'Bring Forward'.
